About Brody

Living in Centerburg, Ohio, I am part of the Re/Max Stars Team of Realtors.  I have helped many people buy their first homes in Centerburg and have been a part of several real estate investment transactions.  I specialize in Real Estate Auctions and Estate Sale Auctions.  I encounter many great land and farm opportunities for my clients who are buying or selling.

Background 

Growing up in Centerburg, Ohio, my family and I lived on a farm until I was 14 years old and then moved into the Village of Centerburg.  It was a big change for our family but one we really enjoyed.  My father, Bob Griffith, left farming and went into Real Estate and is currently the Broker of Peak Realty, Inc.  Throughout High School, I played football, basketball, and baseball for Centerburg, and was part of the Graduating Class of '93.

After High School I received a scholarship to play football at St. Joe's in Indiana, where I studied business.  That year I broke my hand twice and decided to transfer to Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH.  There I studied education and played basketball, and also had the opportunity to participate in the Sweet 16 Final Tournament.  My time spent at Baldwin-Wallace created great memories and life-long friendships.  After college, I traveled out west to work at an educational camp at Standford University in Palo Alto, CA.  It was there that I met my future wife, Kerry, and a few years later we married!  I began teaching 5th grade at Centerburg Elementary School in 1999.  I also have been apart of the Centerburg High School Coaching Staff for the football and basketball programs.  I have really enjoyed my experience with the Centerburg Local Schools.  The staff and students are a great community of people.

• 2006 - Auctioneer apprentice with Auction Ohio (Nick Bouillon & Chris Davis)
• 2007 - Licensed Auctioneer through Ohio Department of Agriculture
